How to attach an inspection camera cable?

Camera cable must be connected to the hand-held unit In order to use an inspection camera, the camera cable must be connected to the hand-held unit. All types of camera cables, including replacement and extension cables, are attached in the following way.
To connect the cable align the key with the slot

Step 1 –  Align key

To connect the cable, you firstly need to align the key on the end of the cable with the specified slot on the hand-held unit.

Insert camera cable key into the slot

Step 2 – Insert key

Once aligned, insert the cable key into the slot on the hand-held unit.

Fasten knurled knob by rotating it

Step 3 – Fasten together

Fasten the two together by rotating the knurled knob on the camera cable in a clockwise direction. Keep turning it until the two parts are firmly attached.

Once your cable is attached the inspection camera is ready to be used The camera cable has now been securely installed and the device is ready to be used.
New cables can be attached to the camera unit If you need to replace a camera cable, simply detach the original cable by rotating the knurled knob in an anti-clockwise direction and remove the key from the slot. You can then replace the cable with a new one using the steps above.
