It is possible to make your own radius gauge for a guitar fret board. You simply mark on a piece of paper the desired inch radius and draw an arc using a large compass or a piece of string with a central pivot point. | |||

Place an old credit card onto the arc you have drawn making sure to line up the bottom corners before drawing over the card. | |||

Now you can cut out the outline using a precise cutting tool. | |||
