How to use an automatic oil filter?

Step 1 – Release strap
Push the switch in to the unlock position and pull the strap away from the wrench to release the desired amount needed. |

|
|
|
|
Step 2 – Position strap
Place the strap over the oil filter. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 3 – Line up centre pad
Make sure the centre of the pad lines up with the oil filter. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 4 – Push switch
Push the switch into the lock position, this will automatically tighten the strap around the oil filter. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 5 – Turn wrench
Grab the handle and turn the wrench anti-clockwise to start to loosen the oil filter. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 6 – Remove filter
Keep turning the wrench anti-clockwise until the filter is completely removed. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 7 – Release oil filter from wrench
To release the oil filter from the wrench, simply push the switch to unlock and pull the strap to loosen the grip around the filter. |
