How to use an under-vehicle
inspection mirror?

Step 1 – Attach torch and wheel base

If the tri-wheel attachment or torch is required, fit these before using the tool. The tri-wheel base is simply screwed into the underside of the mirror head.

As long as the inspection mirror has a torch holder fitted, a torch can be slotted in easily.

Step 2 – Extend tool

Extend the tool to the required length. This is done by turning the sleeve on the shaft clockwise to release the inner pole and then turning anti-clockwise to secure in place, once the desired length has been achieved.

Step 3 – Place mirror under vehicle

Roll or place the mirror under the vehicle you wish to inspect, tilting it backwards and forwards when needed, to give a better view.
