Visually inspect the cable pullers before each use to check for any wear, damage or breaks.
Routinely check the movement of the stop pawl trigger, drive pawl and the load hook safety latches. Each of these parts should be able to move without any difficulties.
If the movement on any of these becomes difficult then the cable puller could be damaged or faulty.
If you see any cracks, bends or missing parts on the cable puller then it will need to be replaced.
Store the cable pullers in a safe place and keep away from any moisture.
