How do you use a tripod stand?

Shop for Tripod Stands

Step 1 – Unfold legs

Turn the tripod stand upside down, unfasten the leg chain and unfold the legs.

Step 2 – Turn stand right way up

Turn the stand the right way up.

Step 3 – Push tool tray into position

Using your foot, push the tool tray down into position.

Step 4 – Position pipe vice on work platform

If your tristand has an integral pipe vice, your vice is ready to use.

If not, carefully place your chain or hinged pipe vice onto the work platform and secure it to the stand using nuts and bolts.
