Line blocks are used to secure a brick line to a course of bricks. The line blocks allow you to keep the line taut, adjust its position, and even take it around corners. Together, the line blocks and brick line provide you with a guideline so that you can lay bricks perfectly straight and level.
Anchoring a brick line
Line blocks can be attached to either end of a brick course and used as anchor points for the brick line to be suspended between.
Adjusting the position
Once a brick line is suspended between your line blocks, it is easy to adjust their position (typically to raise them up so that you can lay the next course of your brick wall).
Navigating corners
A line block can be attached to a brick course and used to take the brick line around a corner, typically at a 90° angle.
