Cleaning

Damage

Damage to the blade can cause problems when marking workpieces, such as scribing inaccurate lines. If the handle becomes damaged it can have an effect on the way you hold or manoeuvre the marking knife. This can make it uncomfortable for the user.
If the blade or the handle is damaged, the marking knife may need to be replaced completely.
