Why do I see two prices against a product?

 
 


For customer convenience, all products show two prices.
The prices excluding VAT are generally for trade and commercial applications, and the prices including VAT are predominately for domestic users.
Where applicable, VAT is added at the current rate of 20%.

 
   
 

How do I pay for my order?

 
 


We accept all Visa and MasterCard Payments.

 
   
 

Can I change my order once completed?

 
 


Once your order is complete, it is sent automatically to our warehouse to be processed for delivery. This means in most cases we will be unable to amend the order. 
However, call us on 01938 557733, and we will see what we can do.

 
   
 

What if I haven't received my order or there's a problem with it?

Do you do Guaranteed Next Day Delivery?

 
 


Sorry, we do not offer this service at this time but if you place your order before 2pm, statistically you are very likely to receive your order the next day.

We will be looking into offering our customers the option of a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service in the near future, so please do check back again.

 
   
 

Can I order over the phone?

 
 
Sorry, no. To keep costs down, all ordering is through the website only. We cannot make an exception to this as we do not have the facility to take your payment securely. We are, however, looking into this for the future.

 
   
 

I've forgotten to order something. Can you add it to my order?

 
 


Contact us straight away on 01938 557733 and we will see what we can do.

The ordering system is automatic, and if too much time has lapsed, it's unlikely that we will be able to intercept your order.

We would normally ask you to order your additional items in the usual way, and, if we can combine the two, we will refund you one of the postage costs.

 
   
 

I've ordered the wrong item, can I return it?

 
 


Yes. If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, you may return it to us provided that the item is in a resalable condition. That means that the item must be unused, without damage and, the packaging must be intact, so don't open the packaging unless you are absolutely sure it is right for you. Any free items that came with the order must also be returned. You will be responsible for paying the return postage. The online returns form will need to be completed.

In any case, to avoid delays and the return not being accepted by us, we recomend that you contact us first on 01938 557733, or through our contact form.

 

 
   
 

When Can I expect delivery?

 
 


Provided all items are in stock, delivery is usually next day if ordered before 2pm. However, we ask that you allow 2-3 working days following your order confirmation for your order to arrive. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. Please allow an additional 2 days for rural postcodes.

 

 
   
 

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

 
 


Delivery £5.50 +VAT for all orders under 30kg (Most orders will fall into this category).

Deliveries over 30kg are subject to a delivery charge of £55.56 (inc VAT). 

 

Actual delivery charges are calculated after you enter your address at the order stage.

 
   
 

Do you deliver to Eire?

 
 


Sorry. We can only deliver to addresses within Mainland UK at this time.

 
   
 

Can I return unwanted Items?

 
 


Yes you can. Under our 30 day money back guarantee, you may return unwanted items provided that they are returned to us in a resaleable condition, unopened and with all appropriate packaging. Items you wish to return must be packed securely and adequately to ensure that we recieve your goods in perfect condition. Items that we believe have been used, modified or altered in any way will not be accepted.

You must return all free items that came with the item you wish to return. If any discounts were awarded for order quantities, and returning the product would result in you effectively receiving a total order quanity below the discount threshold, we reserve the right to charge you the difference of the non-discounted price minus (-) the discounted price.This also applies to free postage where applicable.
