Step 2 – Position axle stands

Make sure the vehicle is raised high enough off the ground to allow the car creeper and you to slide beneath it safely.

Placing the support stands at their maximum height should leave enough room for this.

Step 4 – Lie or sit on car creeper

Lie on your back so the car creeper is fully supporting your back, bottom and head.

Placing yourself in this position will allow your legs to move freely so you can push and navigate to where you want to go.

Step 5 – Manoeuvre yourself

Using your legs, push yourself underneath the vehicle.

Now you are ready to work.
